Shipping Costs:
- Free tracked shipping on all domestic orders over $200
- International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Tracking Information:
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation to track your package.

Customs & Import Taxes:
International customers may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.

Special Handling for Collectibles:
All Pokémon cards and collectibles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our facility:
- Cards are placed in protective sleeves and top loaders
- Figures and statues are wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in boxes with appropriate padding
- Plush toys are sealed in protective bags
